✅ Participate in the Impact Pledge, where everyone pledges to do at least one thing to support women this month. It can be really simple and small, or it can be as big as you can manage – as long as it’s achievable in a month.

✅ These pledges are collected and shared in the quarterly Impact Pod and the Annual Impact Report.
