Over the years I’ve tweaked and enhanced my programmes to work in the very best way for the participants. The one thing I’ve noticed though, is that without taking the time to implement the learning, nothing is going to shift.
So in the WIZ Autumn programme, I’m injecting dedicated time for you to not just develop and grow your confidence, but a dedicated time for you to sit down and create the content you need to grow your online presence. With support.

I’m Mi Elfverson, I run the Visible Impact Academy and I’m also the founder of EyeStorm Women and the head coach of the WIZ. I’ll be your coach and cheer-leader, who will keep you going and hold you gently accountable towards yourself.
I’m a bit of a digital nomad and was born in Sweden but have lived and worked in Stockholm, New York and London. My primary home is now in Brighton UK, but during the winter I tend to find myself in Morocco.
My background is in high-end film and TV production, casting and photography. I was educated at Stockholm Film School, New York Film Academy and NYU.
I have worked with some of the biggest award winning production companies in the world, and I’ve worked on productions from Kellogg’s and Volvo commercials to the Harry Potter and the James Bond films.
For many years, I ran production teams, filming in Hollywood and all over the world.
I’m now happy supporting individuals as well as large corporations to step forward into their confidence to be seen and heard.
Get ready to turn your stress, uncertainty and lack of time into clarity, confidence and consistency!
The WIZ group will be on your side when things go awry, when you feel lost or overwhelmed – and your celebration committee when things go well.
Our focus is on LinkedIn and Instagram but you can use any platform to build up your online presence.
Our intention is NOT to make you share 10 reels a day or become an international influencer over night. We do NOT promise you’ll go viral on your second week and we’d hate to see you put on a bikini and drink cocktails to gain more followers on LinkedIn. Unless that’s your business of course…
We WILL be here to help you step into your own best self, feel empowered and aligned with your brand and social media content so you can build up an authentic following and gain more clients the way it works for you.
WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s an accountability group for women in business. It’s also a safe space. It’s a business developing group to help you stay on track and prioritise where you need to show up to be seen and heard.
THE POWER HOUR is a group session on the first Monday of the month. We check in on you, set your visibility priorities and make sure you are clear on your intentions for the month.
THE EXPERT WEBINAR is a live group webinar on Zoom on the second Monday of the month, and this gives you insights, inspiration and ideas on relevant topic to develop and grow your online presence.
THE MASTERMIND GROUP is also a live Zoom session, but after a quick check-in, you’re divided into smaller groups with a full 15 minutes of attention each, just on you.
Is it overwhelming and too many tasks and very scary deliveries?
No. That’s just it. It’s here to save you time and money. And also make you feel that you don’t have to perform or pretend, because all the members are in the same boat.
Am I going to be asked about my profit and loss or how many clients I have?
No one is going to put you on the spot. Everyone in the group is here to grow, not to shrink.
Do I have to commit to all the sessions?
No. It’s up to you – the more time you spend, the further you get of course, but it’s all for your benefit, you don’t let anyone else down if you can’t make a session.

You might be planning to set up your own personal brand, or you’re already running your own business – a coach, health practitioner, someone with a lot of expertise but perhaps in need for new inspiration, motivation and purposeful drive.
