Artist, ceramics and textiles
Crafting narratives on gender, health and protest
Kayleigh is a socially engaged artist working to encourage shifting perspectives surround women’s health and taboo subjects connected to womanhood.
Her practice explores the entangled relationship between the body, material, and systems of care. Working with ceramics and textiles, she draws on feminist craft traditions to interrogate how women’s health has been treated medically, socially, and symbolically; across time. Her work is rooted in the lived experience of hidden illness and draws attention to the emotional, physical, and institutional complexities of navigating the healthcare system as a woman.

Nostos is our local Greek restaurant that usually only opens up in the evening for delicious dinner and wine.
We have now got the whole place to ourselves from 9.30-11.30am and they will be serving a buffet with morning treats including spinach and feta pies, sausage rolls, cake as well as tea and coffee, catering for vegans, non-vegans and gluten intolerance.

Jo founded RubyMoon to use her skillset to promote women’s economic and social empowerment globally, whilst turning fashion and textiles into a force for good with positive environmental impact.
Jo will share the latest on her exciting new initiative to recycle the previously un-recyclable textiles from gym and swim-wear.
